Common Questions
How much does it cost?
$30.00/hour at the standard rate, or $25.00/hour with a 10-hour punch card ($250.00). Minimum booking is 2 hours. Hours on punch cards never expire.
Do I need certification?
Yes. All renters must complete our Innova Rental Certification course before booking machine time. The course covers machine setup, controls, and quilting techniques. Contact us to sign up for the next available class.
What should I bring?
Bring your quilt top and backing — or shop our fabric to pick the perfect backing. We have a YLI thread library to choose from for your quilting, and a pantograph pattern library available.
When can I book?
Rental is available during select hours, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You can book up to 60 days in advance.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or hour credit. Punch card hours are credited back to your balance.
